Areas

Areas allow you to group employees and devices for easier management and bulk synchronization.

What are Areas?​

Areas represent physical or logical boundaries (e.g., "Office 1", "Warehouse", "Main Building").

Adding Employees to an Area​

  1. Select an Area.
  2. Go to the Participants tab.
  3. Add employees to the area. All participants in an area share the same access baseline.

Associating an Area to a Device​

When you associate an Area with a Device:

  1. All employees currently in that Area are automatically pushed to the Device.
  2. Any future changes (adding/removing employees from the area) will be automatically synced to the device in real-time.
